Calibration

Testwave^® LLC calibrates electronic, physical, & dimensional test equipment. Our Sparks facility includes a state-of-the-art temperature controlled calibration laboratory, which holds the temperature to within +/- 0.5°C. We send you recall notices before your equipment calibration expires, and if we don’t hear from you, we will call, to make sure you stay in compliance with your calibration requirements. Calibrations are performed at your facility, or at our Sparks Nevada laboratory.

Testwave^®’s qualifications include:  Quality Management System

• Compliant with A.N.S.I./N.C.S.I. Z540-1-1994 as required
• Only degreed and experienced engineers and technicians work on your equipment
• Over 150 years of collective experience in calibration and metrology
• State-of-the-art temperature controlled calibration laboratory
• Wide variety of standards with N.I.S.T. Traceability

• Is performed to mutually agreed terms
• Is recognized by regulatory agencies such as the FDA, FAA, OSHA, the State of Nevada, & ISO auditors

• Is cleaned, and switches and connectors cleaned where required
• Is lubricated where required
• Receives minor adjustments when required to meet specifications
• A label compliant to mutually agreed terms is affixed to the instrument
• A certificate of calibration is provided, compliant to mutually agreed terms

• A Calibration Report conforming to the mutually agreed terms
• Recall notices mailed, emailed or faxed to you before the calibration expiration date
• A clean, working instrument that you can rely upon for accurate measurements
• Helpful, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable staff to assist you
